What is my teaching philosophy? In a nutshell, is to impart enough information and curiosity to develop reasonable levels of learning to spur continued growth and interest to foster a love of food. In my classes I share my love of cooking and food science in a manner that suits the student’s learning style and piques their interest to learn more.

Culinary Fundamentals 101
Culinary classes are held in the comfort of your home and pricing is based on one-on-one or group classes lasting 3 hours. Prices include food and will vary based on menu and level of service and time of instruction.
Individual hands-on classes begin at $150
Adult Group hands-on classes begin at $65 per person with a 4 person minimum.
Kids Group hands-on classes begin at $30 per person with a 4 person minimum.
Demo style classes begin at $55 per person with a 4 person minimum.
Sit back and relax with a glass of wine, beer or your favorite beverage and enjoy the show. Demonstration classes are interactive, fun and informative. I will share culinary theory and technique throughout the event which culminates in dining together and discussing the experience.
